摘要
采用有限元法对低匹配条件下X80钢级管线钢焊接接头的变形能力进行了研究。结果表明,随着平均应变的增大,变形逐渐向焊缝区集中,且焊缝强度越低造成的应变集中越严重,焊接接头的变形能力越低。5%、10%低匹配的焊接接头的变形能力分别为0.7%、1.5%。
The deformability of under-matched X80 grade pipeline steel welding joint was studied through Finite Element Method. The results show that the deformation will gradually concentrate in the weld with the increase of average strain, and the lower the strength of weld is, the worse the strain concentration and deformability is. The deformability of 5% and 10% under-matched weld joint are respectively 0.7 %, 1.5%.
