摘要
对于各种原因引起的OPGW外层单线断股或散股的现象,通常采用耐张段换线方法进行修复,这会带来修复期间必须停电的损失。文章提出并进行充分论述OPGW预绞丝修补条修补法,此方法不仅允许带电操作,而且简便易行,效果极佳。通过给出模型断股修复拉断力试验数据和对2004年8月浙江温州等地区遭受雷击的OPGW断股散股修复实例,进一步证实:使用该方法修复OPGW的机械性能和电气性能都接近初始技术要求,满足线路正常运行的设计指标。该方法值得参考。
To the phenomenon of OPGW outer wire breakage caused by various different reasons, normally it can be repaired by using the method of changing the line on the enduring tensile segment, but this will bring loss of power cutting during repairing. Article proposes and expounds the OPGW repairing method by adopting preformed repair rods, this method not only allows operation under electrification, but also is simple and easy to do, the result is extremely good. Through model tensile test and the repairing instances of OPGW disconnected skein that was struck by lightening in August 2004 at Zhejiang Wenzhou area, it verifies further that the repairing OPGW method can satisfy the initial specification requirement on mechanical performance and electric performance, meet the design index of the line normal running. This method is worth consulting.
