电感器件绕线张力测控系统

摘要 介绍了一种电感器件绕线张力测控系统的基本电路设计和工作原理,其中张力检测装置采用自行设计的悬臂梁弹性体结构,应变片电桥测量原理,制作方便耐用,反应灵敏准确;张力控制器用伺服电机作调节元件,信号放大采用比例积分放大电路,使整个系统响应速度快、控制精度高,是一种经济实用的张力控制系统. This paper presents a kind of tensile detecting control system .The basic circuit and it's pdnciple is discussed in detail .Tensile detector device adopts the cantilever elastomer structure and the strain gauge electric-bridge measuring theory .It's produce is convenience and lasting and it's response is sensitive and accuracy. Tensile controller uses a small DC serve motor as adjustor and PI integrated amplifying circuit as signal amplifier. This system has high responding speed and control accuracy. It is a kind of economical and practical tensile detecting control system.
