Design of COM-based Software of Voltage Flickermeter and Its Application

介绍了COM组件的制作和调用方法,并根据IEC制定的闪变仪设计规则,设计了数字式闪变仪软件.本文设计的闪变仪软件达到了IEC标准的要求,而且该软件已应用于工程检测,收效良好.

The making and usage of COM is introduced in this paper. According to the design specifications for flickermeters published by the International Electrotechnical Commission （IEC）, digital flickermeter software based on COM technology was accomplished. The software designed in this paper, achieved the requirement of IEC standard. Furthermore, it has been used in the application of project detection, and good results are achieved.
