高应力磨料磨损时高铬白口铸铁成分及组织的选择 被引量:7

摘要 高应力磨料磨损时,高铬白口铸铁要具有足够量的M7C3碳化物(要大于30%),基体组织中马氏体要小于65%,残余奥氏体大于35%,奥氏体韧性高,对抵抗磨料的切向力有利,它在应力作用下,导致马氏体相变,使工作表面抗磨能力提高。 Under high-stress abrasion condition, high-Cr white cast iron should contain enough amount of M7C3 carbides (more than 30%). Martensite content of the matrix should be less than 65%, and residual austenite should be more than 35%. The austenite has high ductility that is beneficial to resist the shearing stress from the abrasion. Under the effect of stress, austenite can induce martensitic transformation and increase abrasion resistance of the working surface.
