摘要
冷冻铸造是一种环境友好的清洁成形技术,适应当今铸造技术的发展方向。与其它精密铸造工艺相比,既可实现铸件的近净形化,又避免或降低了模具材料、造型材料对环境带来的压力。本文阐述冷冻铸造技术的社会意义,介绍冷冻铸造的发展状况,并分析目前发展中的各种冷冻铸造技术的基本工艺原理和工艺方法,讨论其存在的基本问题,包括冷冻铸造对冰模的基本要求、冰模的制作方法、在冷冻条件下型壳及造型材料所应具有的性能、材料的选择和处理工艺。探讨该工艺发展中的一些方向。
FCP is a kind of environment-conscious technology which accord with the modern foundry development tendency. Compared with other kind of precise casting processes, FCP can reduce the environment pollution caused by pattern and molding materials as well as realize near net casting. The social significance and development situation of FCP was described, the basic principle of present FCP processes and process methods was analyzed, and their existing normal problems were discussed including:requirements for ice pattern, ice pattern making method, properties the mold shell and molding materials should have under the condition of freezing, choice of the materials and their treating process. The future development orientation of this kind of casting process was also discussed.
