摘要
数字化制造技术是机电技术与计算机技术相结合的先进制造技术,它依托于一定的计算机软件才能实现。以连杆件凹模为例,说明了基于CAXA制造工程师软件数字化制造的一般过程,阐述了数字化制造所特有的优越性,为此类零件的数字化制造过程提供了参考依据,以类似的过程也可以完成各种复制零件的数字化制造。
Digital manufacturing is an advanced technology derived from mechantronic engineering and computer technology, which base on special software such as CAXA. Taking the mold of connecting rod as an example, this paper describes the process of digital manufacturing to show the advantages of digital manufacturing. It will provide an reference to the digital manufacturing for the analogous workpieces. By means of the similar process we can complete any complex workpieces digital, manufacturing.
