Review on Reform of Forest Property Right in Jiangxi Province

山林权属历来是林业工作中的重点问题。它是林业经营发展的前提。较系统地阐述了从民国初期至今的江西山林权属结构及山林分配状况;突出地介绍了建国后山林土改、农业合作化及林业“三定”后的山林权属变革及其对林业生产的影响;对当前林业产权制度改革进行了初步评价。

Forest property right, an important problem in forestry, is a groundwork of forestry management development. Jiangxi＇s structure and distribution situation of forest property right are expounded systemically from the early days of Republic of China. The reform of forest property right and its influences on production are presented especially in three periods such as land reform, agricultural cooperation and “Three Confirmation” in forestry. An initial evaluation for the current reform of forestry ownership is made.
