摘要
采用模拟沼泽湿地的栽培和管理,研究不同水分处理对乌拉苔草生长性状和脯氨酸、叶绿素含量的影响。结果表明:乌拉苔草适应于过渡积水、季节积水和季节干旱的土壤环境,揭示乌拉苔草极强的生态适应性;不同的水分处理中干2处理的脯氨酸积累和叶绿素含量最多,不同季节中8月份脯氨酸积累和叶绿素含量最多;乌拉苔草叶绿素b的含量大于叶绿素a的含量;不同水分的处理对叶片的生长长度有一定的影响。图2,表2,参10。
The effect of different water treatments on growing characters, proline and chlorophyll content in Carex. meyeriana were studied with simulated planting and management of mire wetland.The results showed that Carex. meyeriana acclimatized itself to flooded, seasonal flooding and seasonal drought soil, which indicates the strong ecological adaptation of Carex. meyeriana ; The proline and chlorophyll content are highest under 2Pro water treatment, and reached their peaks in August in the whole grow season; The water treatment could influence leaf length in a certain degree.
