根据施工合同对道路的建设、管理、使用及维护、清除的有关规定,对道路进行了分类,对有关交通运输的有关合同条款进行了阐述;最后对合同管理中有关交通运输的一些实际情况进行了讨论。

Based on the provisions about traffic establishment, administration, maintenance, using and clearing up in Contract Form of Water Power Engineering, the roads are classified into three categories, also the provisions of which are discussed. In the end, current practical situation of traffic and transportation management during project implementation is described and some dispute instances resulted from traffic management are presented.
