摘要
目的探讨旱莲草的抗衰老作用。方法以D-半乳糖致亚急性衰老小鼠为模型,测定脑组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)活性及丙二醛(MAD)含量,脑、心肌细胞膜Na+-K+-ATP酶、Ca2+-ATP酶活性,并采用跳台法检测各组小鼠学习记忆行为。结果与模型组比较,旱莲草组可明显提高脑组织SOD和GSH-PX的活性;提高脑、心肌细胞膜Na+-K+-ATP酶、Ca2+-ATP酶活性,降低MDA含量;改善衰老小鼠的学习记忆能力。结论旱莲草具有明显的抗衰老作用,其作用机制可能与其清除自由基的作用有关。
Objective To investigate the Herbal Ecliptae's anti-aging effects. Methods Subacute aging mice were established as models and activities of SOD and GSH-PX in brain tissue,contents of MAD,activities of Na^+ -K^+ ,-ATP ase,Ca^2+ -ATPase in brain and cardiac muscle cell membrane were determined, and the law of diving platform was adopted to determine the memory ability. Results Compared with the model group, the Herbal Ecliptae could obviously strengthen the activities of SOD and GSH-PX in tissue, activate the Na^+ -K^ + -ATPase, Ca^2 + -ATPase activities in brain and cardiac muscle cells' membrane, reduce the content of MDA, and improve the study and memory ability of senile mice. Conclusion The Herbal Ecliptae has significant anti-aging effects and the mechanism may be related to its defending against free radicals.
