摘要
目的提高学习成绩不良初中生的人际关系能力。方法整群抽取初一、初二学生共358人作为研究对象,选取学习成绩不良的学生作为目标人群,将基线测查前一学期期末考试总均分低于60分的学生作为干预组,将总均分高于60分者分为优生组和中等组,两组均作为对照组。对干预组进行了提高人际关系能力的心理健康教育干预实验。用人际关系量表和学生自评问卷进行评价。结果干预组学生的人际关系状况明显好转。干预后干预组正人缘系数达到中等生水平,与干预前相比变化不显著,而中等组和优生组得分较干预前显著降低;干预组干预后负人缘系数得分显著低于干预前,优生组和中等组干预前后得分变化不显著。结论本次干预有助于提高学习成绩不良学生的人际关系能力。
Objective To quest the content and way to improve interpersonal relations of students with underachievement for promoting their study ability. Methods The subjects included 358 students in grade 7 and 8 at a secondary school in Taiyuan city, aged 8 to 12, who were sampled by stratified cluster sampling. The interpersonal evaluated questionnaire was used to evaluate the effect before and after intervention. Results Interpersonal actualities of students in intervention group became better after intervention compared with control groups. After intervention, the mean scores of the interpersonal questionnaire of tested group caught up with those of the two control groups. Furthermore, positive popularity coefficient of the two control groups decreased significantly compared with scores before intervention and negative popularity coefficient of the two control groups decreased significantly, while that of the tested group kept steady. The result of follow-up indicated that the effectiveness of intervention was continual. Furthermore,mean grade of students in intervention group was improved compared with control group. Conclusion This intervention is helpful to improving interpersonal relations and is of benefit to the ability in the study of middle school students with underachievement.
