复方聚肌胞酊剂治疗扁平疣疗效分析

Curative effect of compound of polyinosinic acidpolycytidylic acid on flat warts

目的探讨复方聚肌胞酊剂治疗扁平疣的方法和疗效。方法40例患者随机分为两组:治疗组20例,用20%复方聚肌胞酊剂治疗;对照组20例,用2%复方聚肌胞酊剂治疗。结果治疗组有效率为90%,对照组有效率5%,P<0.01;男有效率47.10%,女有效率47.80%,P>0.01.结论20%复方聚肌胞酊剂明显优于2%复方聚肌胞酊剂,做为外用制剂,可以将聚肌胞的浓度提高,疗效增强,无不适反应。

Objective To study the treatment and therapeutic effect of compound of polyinosinic acid-polycytidylic acid on flat warts. Method Forty patients were divided into two groups： therapy group （20% compound of polyinosinic acid-polycytidylic acid） and control group（2% compound of polyinosinic acid-polycytidylic acid）. Results The effective rate of therapy groups was 90% and control group was 5%（P〈0.01）.The effective rates of male and female were 47.10% and 47.80% （P〉0.01）. Conclusions Twenty percent compound of polyinosinic acid-polycytidylic acid is better than 2% compound of polyinosinic acid-polycytidylic acid. As the tincture for exteral use, with the concentration of the compound increasing, the curative effect may rise. It has no malaise.
