梅钢钢包烘烤器的节能改造

The alteration of economizing energy sources of steel jar baking apparatus in Meishan iron&steel company

为了更好的使用转炉煤气,提高转炉煤气的吨钢回收能力,减少一次能源的消耗,不断开发转炉煤气用户,用转炉煤气取代焦炉煤气作为钢包烘烤器燃料,并且采用高温空气燃烧技术(HTAC)对钢包烘烤器进行了节能技术改造。实践证明,此次改造是成功的,给梅山带来经济效益及社会效益,具有广泛的推广价值。

For the sake of using LDG better, increasing LDG reclaimable capacity every ton steel, decreasing comsumption in the first energy sources, openning up LDG users ceaselessly, we decide to replace COG by LDG as the fuel of steel jar baking apparatus and introduce HTAC technology in the alteration of economizing energy sources. Practice proves the alteration has abroard extensible value.
