本文分析了某住宅小区的生活热水使用情况,对原来的使用燃油锅炉方案进行改造。提出了两种冷凝热回收方案,分别从技术、经济、环境不同的方面进行比较,指出采用制冷剂循环中串联板式换热器的冷凝热回收方式更加合理。

Analyzes the usage of hot water in a residential quarter , on which the reform of oil boiler is based. Two condensing heat recovery schemes are compared in technology, economy and environment, and it turns out that the one which puts plate heat exchanger inline in the refrigerant cycle is more appropriate.
