摘要
主要介绍了山东兖矿鲁南化肥厂10 000 m3/h空分装置液空管线被二氧化碳等杂质堵塞时,采用不停车利用上塔气体进行反吹处理的方案,并分析了在处理过程中可能出现的问题,提出了解决方案和预防措施。
The paper mainly introduces a project of adopting plant still in operation reverse blowing disposalin using the upper tower, when the passage of liquid air blocked by impurities such as carbon dioxide in 10 000 m^3/h oxygen plant in Shandong Lunan Fertilizer Plant, and analyses possible problem with operation process, and definitely put forward sloving means and precautionary measure.
