康妇特栓配合微波治疗宫颈糜烂80例观察

Observation on Cervical Erosion(116 cases) Treated by Combination of Kangfute Suppository and Microwave

目的:观察康妇特栓配合微波治疗Ⅱ、Ⅲ度宫颈糜烂的疗效。方法:治疗组80例在用微波治疗前后各用康妇特栓6天,对照组36例只用微波治疗,于术后3周、6周、9周和6个月随访观察疗效。结果:治疗组与对照组比较,治愈率、阴道排液时间、出血量均有非常显著性差异(P<0.01),治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论:康妇特栓配合微波治疗宫颈糜烂疗效肯定。

Objecitve： To observe the therapeutic effect on Ⅱ or Ⅲ degree cervical erosion treated by combination of Kangfute Suppository and microwave. Method：80 cases were treated with Kangfute Suppository for 6 days separately before and after treated with microwave as the study group while 36 cases were treated only with microwave. The therapeutic effect was observed separately after operation 3 weeks, 5 weeks ,9 weeks and 6 months by follow -up survery. Result： There are very great differences in curative rate, the time of vaginal apocenosis and the quantity of bleeding between the study group and the control group （P 〈 0. 01 ）. The therapeutic effect of the study group is better than that of the control group. Conclusion： The therapeutic effect on cervical erosion treated by combination of Kang fute Suppository and microwave is good.
