蛋白质组学是继基因组学之后的一个重要研究热点。近年来,蛋白质组研究技术已应用到多种生命科学领域中,但在放射医学领域的研究尚处于起步阶段。本文介绍了蛋白质组学的研究背景、进展、研究内容及技术方法,着重阐述了在放射医学领域中的应用。

Following the Human Genomic Project, proteomics is becoming a focus of life science research. In the recent years, the pmteomics research approach has been widely applied, but as yet at the beginning stage in radiological medicine. This paper presents the background, progress, program and methods of the research, with emphasis on its application in radiological medicine.
