摘要
以单质碘为催化剂,通过丁醛和1,2丙二醇反应合成了丁醛1,2丙二醇缩醛。通过正交试验考察了醛醇物质的量比、催化剂用量、带水剂用量及反应时间诸因素对产品收率的影响。确定了适宜的工艺条件:n丁醛∶n1,2丙二醇=1∶1.5、催化剂用量为反应物料总质量的0.4%、带水剂环己烷的体积6mL、反应时间45 min。在此条件下,丁醛1,2丙二醇缩醛的收率可达74.6%。
The butyraldehyde 1,2-propanediol acetal is synthesized from the acetalization reaction of butyraldehyde and 1,2-propanediol,and used iodine as catalysis.The effects of reactant ratio,catalyst amount,the amount of water-carrying agent,and the reaction time on the yield of butyraldehyde 1,2-propanediol acetal are investigated by the across test.The results showed that the most suitable condition for the reaction are: the 1,2-propanediol/ butyraldehyde molar ratio is 1.5,the mass ratio of catalyst is 0.40 %,the volume of cyclohexanone as the water-carrying agent is 6 mL,the reaction time is 45 min.The yield is up to 74.6% under the conditions.
