电网企业信息化建设的反思及其今后发展的探讨

Review on informatization construction in power grid enterprises and discussion on its development in the future

通过回顾广东电网企业信息化建设近20年的历程,探讨了电网企业信息化建设的几个关键问题,包括对电网企业信息化认识的定位,电网企业信息化建设模式与组织架构,电网企业信息化规划,电网企业信息化标准。在总结取得的成效和经验的同时,更多的是反思如何规范地、高效地开展电网企业信息化建设,赶上国内一些先进行业的企业信息化应用水平,使企业信息化应用能尽快地适应电网企业改革发展以及现代化管理的要求。据此,从总体目标、管理体制、体系架构、基础设施、信息资源整合与主营业务管理信息系统的开发应用方面提出了今后几年广东电网企业信息化建设的思路。

With a review on the informatization construction in Guangdong＇s power grid enterprises for nearly 20 years, this paper discusses several key problems in the construction, including the correct understanding of its importance, the construction mode and organization, the planning and relevant standards of informatization in power grid enterprises. Based on the summary of the achievements and experience, more attention is paid to how to carry out the construction canonically and efficiently, so as to catch up with the application level of enterprise informatization in some advanced trades and cater to as soon as possible the needs of power grid enterprises in reform, development and modernization management. Accordingly, the informatization construction in Guangdong＇s power grid enterprises in the next few years is outlined in terms of global object, managerial system, system framework, infrastructure, integration of information resources as well as the development and application of the management information system of major business.
