多媒体远程教育培训系统及其应用

Multimedia remote training system and its application

广州供电局电气设备多媒体远程教育培训系统已于2004年10月底投入试运行,目前可以利用网络的教学资源,向员工提供变电设备和线路设备的多媒体教学活动,满足“分散培训,集中考核”的需要。为此,介绍了多媒体远程教育培训系统的功能、结构和技术基础,以及在广州供电局范围内的实际应用情况。实践证明,该系统非常实用,操作方便,人机界面友好,三维教学动画可以任意缩放旋转观察,文化程度相对较低的员工也能方便使用。由于学员可直接在班组的计算机上进行日常学习,因此解决了在工作与学习两方面不好兼顾的矛盾,大大地提高了教育的效果。

The electric equipment multimedia remote training system of Guangzhou Power Supply Bureau was put into trial operation in the end of October, 2004, which utilizes network teaching resources to provide multimedia teaching about power transforming equipment and line apparatus for the staff, thus meeting the needs of ＂distributed training and concentrated examination＂. This paper introduces the function, structure and technological base of multimedia remote training system along with its application in Guangzhou Power Supply Bureau. It is proved that the system is of high practicality, convenient manipulation, friendly man-machine interface, and three-dimensional teaching animation that can zoom and rotate for observation as needed, which greatly facilitate its use by staff members of comparatively poorish education. As the trainees can study daily on the computers of their teams, the contradiction between work and study is solved and the teaching effects considerably improved.
