摘要
广东粤电枫树坝发电有限责任公司1号水轮发电机由于运行时间长,出现了铁心老化过热的现象,已不能满足水轮机增容改造后的出力要求,故决定对1号水轮发电机进行增容改造,将容量由80 MW增至100MW。为此,对增容改造设计中几个关键点进行了阐述,改造后运行测试数据表明,发电机的改造是成功的。
The Unit 1 hydrogenerator of Guangdong Yudean Fengshuba Power Generation Co., Ltd. experienced core aging and overheat due to long operation. Consequently, a capacity-increasing transformation on the hydrogenerator was conducted to raise its output from 80 MW to 100 MW. This paper expounds some key points in the capacity-increasing transformation design. Operation test data after the transformation show that the transformation is successful.
