摘要
人员因素对于提高企业执行力起着最重要的作用。本文根据股份制民营企业在人员方面的缺失,从宏观和微观两个层次着手研究执行中的人员因素。一方面通过健全人员流程,另一方面通过进行不同层次的人员执行力开发去加强股份制民营企业的执行力。
Personnel factor has the most important effect on improving enterprise's execution ability. Based on the absence of personnel factor in joint-stock private enterprise, the paper enters into the personnel factor in execution from both microcosmic and macroscopical layers. We should enhance the execution ability in joint-stock private enterprise through improving personnel flow and exploring different layer's personnel execution ability.
