摘要 采用沉淀-浸渍法制备了SO42-/ZrO2-Al2O3固体超强酸,研究了SO42-/ZrO2-Al2O3固体超强酸催化苯甲酸与乙醇的酯化反应,结果表明最适宜的反应条件为:锆铝摩尔比为1:2,醇酸摩尔比为5,焙烧温度500~600℃,焙烧、反应各4h,催化剂的用量为总量的6.64%。此外,还测定了含氯的固体酸的性能,比较了优化后的固体酸与浓硫酸催化性能。 Adopted the way of deposition and infusion to prepare the solid superacid SO4^2-/ZrO2-A12O3,the synthesis of ethyl phenylmethyrate with the solid superacid SO4^2-/ZrO2-A12O3 as catalyst was studied.The results showed that the appropriate conditions should be:the molar ratio of zirconium and aluminum was 2, the baking temperature was 500-600 ℃,the baking time was 4 h, the molar ratio of ethynol and phenylmethyric acid was 5, the time of reaction was 4 h .In addition, the capability of chloric solid acid was measurated and the catatalysis capability of the optimized solid acid and sulfuric acid was compared.
