摘要
跨国公司在经营管理中不可避免地会遇到由不同文化所产生的困惑或沟通障碍甚至冲突,这就是跨国公司综合症的具体表现。如何正确诊断跨国公司综合症,分析其实质,并探索其对策是跨国公司在多元文化中实现跨国经营管理,实现发展的值得重视的课题。本文旨在就如何诊断跨国公司综合症、如何分析其性质、最终提出解决问题的对策作一些探讨。
Due to cultural differences, communication obstacles even conflicts are unavoidable in multinational corporation management, which could be called multinational corporation syndrome. It deserves our attention to diagnose its syndrome, analyze its essence and seek for the resolution to achieve the effective multinational management and development in the multicultural background, This paper aims to discuss how to diagnose its syndrome, analyze its essence and finally find the resolution.
