摘要
近年来,我国养老保险制度在运行的过程中出现了收不抵支的局面,养老保险基金出现缺口,且呈逐年扩大的趋势,逐步扩大的基金缺口使现行养老保险体制运行已面临财务危机并影响到了制度的正常运转。本文对养老保险基金缺口形成的原因进行了分析并提出了解决的措施。
In recent years, pension insurance system,can＇t keep its balance. Deficit in pension insurance enlarges year by year, which made current pension insurance system faced with financial crises. The reasons of the gap are analyzed and countermeasures are put forward in the paper.
