摘要
虽然我国耕地保护制度已经形成相对完善的体系,但形势仍然严峻。本文在总结了现行耕地保护制度体系的基础上,分析了现行耕地保护制度中体现利益机制的方面,并从宏观和微观两个层面提出产生这一结果的不为大家所关注的一个原因:耕地保护中利益机制的缺失。
Although there are relatively perfect cultivated land protection systems, the situation is still serious in China. Based on the analyses on the present protection systems of cultivated land, this paper discusses the aspects presenting the interest-leading mechanism, and offers a reason for the loss of cultivated land： the lack of the interest in the cultivated land protection.
