协方差结构模型在社会学中的应用——以大学生工作期望为例

Quantitative Application of Covariance Structure Model in Sociology——Taking Job Expectation of University Students as Example

社会学中的一些变量如期望、能力、信任、自尊、动机、偏见、进取心、韧性等不能直接测量。笔者认为对社会问题的量化研究采用协方差结构模型比较适宜。本文以大学生工作期望为例,说明协方差结构模型在社会学中如何应用,及其在社会问题如生活质量、社会运行、社会决策研究中的应用前景。

Some variables in sociology, such as expectation, capability, trust, self-respect, motivation, prejudice, enterprise and tenacity can＇t be measured directly. It＇s appropriate to use Covariance Structure Model in the sociological research. This paper, taking university students as example, demonstrates how to make quantitative application in sociology by using Covariance Structure Model, and what＇s the application foreground in the researches on sociology such as living quality, social functioning, social decision.
