摘要
利用黄酮类化合物与金属离子形成的鳌合物在510 nm处有最大吸收度,采用有机溶剂乙醇索氏提取,建立绿茶叶中总黄酮含量的测定方法,测定波长510 nm,芦丁(Rutin)为对照品,线性方程Y=0.010 61X-0.004 5,相关系数R=0.999 9,加标平均回收率为97.58%,RSD=1.22%(n=11)。
Compound of flavonoid compound and metal iron has the maximum absorption at wavelength of 510nm. Using ethanol extraction before determination method of flavonoids in green tea has been devised. Wavelength of determination is 510nm and standard material is rutin. Linear equation is Y=0.01061X-0.0045. Linearity relation coefficient equals to 0.9999 and recovery rate of added standard is 97.58%. RSD is 1.22% (n=11).
