摘要
目前在建筑工程中广泛使用的混凝土质量非破损力学检测法主要有:印痕法、回弹法、拉剥法。这类方法可以检测表层混凝土的均匀性和硬化过程,控制建筑结构表面的混凝土质量,使用简单,但取得的资料不可能对混凝土的抗压强度及均匀性作出单值的结论。为了根据检测值对抗压强度作出可靠的评价,必须用钻芯试验进行率定。如果采用混凝土立方体试件,则必须遵守硬化和拆模的要求。
At present, there are mainly four methods for non-dilapidation dynamics examination of concrete quality in construction engineering, which can all be used easily in examining the uniformity and the hardening procedure, and controlling the concrete quality of construction surface. However, the data from the methods above can't be used to get single value for anti-pressure and uniformity of concrete. In order to get reliable evaluation on anti-pressure according to the data, rating must be done by drill-core test. If using concrete cube examining pieces, the requirement of hardening and take apart a die must be abided.
