铸件凝固数值模拟的前处理，对模拟系统能否在生产中应用至关重要。以ＰＣ机上的ＡｕｔｏＣＡＤ１２．０作为图形支撑，以ＤＸＦ为接口建立了三维网格自动剖分软件系统，该软件系统可完成复杂铸件的三维实体造型及有限差分网格自动剖分这一前处理工作。为铸件凝固数值模拟系统的应用提供了保证，同时还可作为其它领域数值模拟的前处理系统。

In this paper,the excellent Auto CAD 12.0 is used as the geometric supporting software and Auto CAD12.0 and interface file DXF of advanced language are adopted.This software is easy to operate for common uses,also can be used in other fields.
