摘要
介绍了感应熔炼电炉成型炉衬的国内外概况和对耐火材料的质量要求,研究了镁砂质碱性炉衬耐火材料的骨料粒度分布、骨料与细粉(基质)、氧化铝微粉、结合剂、缓凝剂、加水量以及烧结剂对耐火材料体积密度、强度及烧结点等性能的影响.结果表明:骨料粒度呈正态分布,骨料与细粉(基质)的比例为70:30,结合剂1加入量为3%,结合剂2加入量不超过2%,A12O3微粉加入量为4%,加水量宜取7%~8%时,成型炉衬材料的致密度和强度最高;添加0.2%的缓凝剂1可将镁砂质炉衬材料的可成型时间延长3倍以上,并使试样的后期强度大幅提高;本研究采用的缓凝剂同时具有烧结剂作用,烧结剂1和烧结剂2均可降低镁砂质炉衬材料的烧结点,但烧结剂2的效果更显著.
The general situation of induction smelting furnace mould liner at home and abroad, quality demands about refractory material of mould liner are introduced in this paper. The effects of granularity distributing of alkalescence refractory bone material of magnesium sand, the inverse proportion of bone material and power, alumina power, adhesive, retarder, the content of water arid sinter on bulk density, intensity and sinter temperature are investigated.
