摘要
通过采用三种精炼剂对ZL111进行熔炼试验,并经9炉次熔炼和4炉次T6试验,确定回炉料加入量、精炼剂与变质剂加入量及工艺参数。获取熔模铸造条件下合格铸件的化学成分和机械性能指标值,为批量生产提供科学依据。
The amount of returns,refining agent and modifier and process parameters were determined by using three kinds of refining agent for melting of ZL111, which was furthur experienced 9 times of melting and 4 times of T6 test. The chemical components and the mechanial property of qualified casting prepared by investment casting were obtained,which provided scientific basic for high production.
