企业剩余资源与大战略集合模型——对多元化战略的一个新解释

Firm's Surplus Resources and the Nine-cell Matrix——A New Way to Interpret Diversification Strategy of the Firm

在关于企业多元化战略的理论中,大战略集合模型从企业外部环境的角度对企业为何多元化、何时多元化给出了一种解释。文章首先分析了此模型在解释上的局限性。作为改进,在模型中加入了“企业剩余资源”这一来自企业自身的因素,并将剩余资源分为“暂时过剩”和“永久过剩”资源进行分析。然后用软件工程领域中常用的N-S流程图,分析和描述了企业根据“企业剩余资源”等各种内外因素来进行多元化战略选择的过程,从而对企业多元化战略给出了一个更全面的解释。

In the series of theories interpreting the diversification strategies of the enterprises, the Nine-cell matrix has offered a method which concerned on the outer circumstance of the firm. This article analyzed the limit of this modal. By adding the concept of ＂firm＇s surplus resources＂ （furthermore, classified it in detail as ＂temporary surplus resources and longtime surplus resources＂） into the model, and using the N-S flow chat, we demonstrated the process of the firm making strategic decisions with respect to bunches of factors around. Thus offered a better way to interpret firm＇s diversification strategy.
