混合氨基酸铜络合物杀菌作用的研究

The Research into the Fungicidal Action of Mixed Cupric Amino-Acid Complexes

通过不同浓度硫酸铜和混合氨基酸铜络合物对病菌细胞膜通透性及马铃薯淀粉酶、大豆脲酶作用后的活性测定，阐明了混合氨基酸铜络合物的杀菌作用机理。在混合氨基酸铜络合物中，起杀菌作用的主要是铜离子，氨基酸可以增加铜离子对植物病菌细胞膜的通透性。而杀菌作用的方式是干扰含巯基酶的活性。

The mechanism of the fungicidal action of mixed cupric amino-acid complexes is expounded through determining the penetration of cupric sulphate and mixed amino-acid of various concentration into the germ membrane and plant skin,as well as the activity induced in the potato starchase,soybean urase,etc.It is concluded that the action is mainly carried out by the cupric ion,and amino-acid can enhance the penetration of the cupric ion into the germ membrane and plant skin.The action is realized through disturbing the activity of the enzime containing sulfur.
