食品工业的发展趋势为冷藏存储提出了新的要求,冷藏存储在冷链物流中占据着非常重要的地位,文章从市场需求出发,结合冷藏存储有别于普通仓储的自身特点,进一步拓展对仓储物流的研究,探讨适合冷库仓储的物流管理手段。

The developing trend of food industry puts forwards the new demand for the refrigeration,which plays a very important role in the logistics of cold chain.Proceeding from the market demand and combining with the characteristics of refrigeration itself differing from the common storage,this paper further develops the study of logistics of storage,and discusses the managerial methods of logistics for freezer.
