摘要
介绍了一种用１０ＢＩＴ分辨率、最高２００ＭＳ／ｓ采样速率的数字化仪进行高精度数字化冲击电压测量的测量系统构成、技术性能和检验方法，并给出了比对测量的结果。
This paper introduces the configuration,the technical characteristics and the check method of high accuracy impulse voltage measurement, which includes a 10 bit, 200 MS/s digitizer, and displays some result of comparative measurement This result shows that some technical characteristics are better than request of IEC 1083
