论加入WTO后我国保税区开发公司的战略转型

Strategic Transformation of Free Trade Zone Developing Company in the Context of China's Accession to WTO

保税区作为一种特殊的经济区域在我国取得了巨大的成功,与此同时,保税区开发公司也取得了蓬勃的发展。但是,随着我国加入WTO,保税区的政策优势迅速减弱,开发公司借助优惠政策得以发展的进程受到遏制。同时,开发公司还面临土地资源即将用尽的困境。因此,我国保税区原有的以土地实体开发为主的运营模式已经不能适应新的环境,需要进行战略转型,采用新的运营模式以建立新的核心竞争力。

In China,Such special economic zone as free trade zone has achieved fantastic success accompanied by the boom of free trade zone developing companies.However,China＇s accession to WTO attenuates favorable policies once enjoyed by free trade zone and restrains greater progress otherwise available with such favorable policies.And imminent exhaustion of land resources plagues these developing companies.Thus the original “land development based” operation model no longer adapts to new situations,which renders requisite strategic transformation and new operation model so as to gain new core competence.
