摘要
介绍强流脉冲电子束加速器上的Marx发生器。采用低电感的脉冲电容器和带触发电极火花隙开关并选取新颖的Ω型排列电路,降低回路电感。由于全部火花隙开关逐级触发,因而发生器工作稳定、建立时间快(约200ns)、时间分散小于15ns、输出电压1~1.
A set of Marx Generator of Intense Pulsed Electron Beam Accelerator is presented in this paper The Marx Generator is consist of low inductance pulsed capacitors and spark gap swithces with trigger disc, which are connected in a novel Ω-form with low inductance in the circuit All spark gap swithces are triggered sequentially This arrangment is characterized by good stability, fast erection time (~200ns), jitter<15ns, output voltage of Marx generator 1~1 8MV
