摘要
采用高性能高氯化聚乙烯(HHCPE)以及它与丙烯酸酯树脂或氨基树脂拼用为基料,季戊四醇/三聚氰胺磷酸盐类为防火体系,制备了钢结构超薄膨胀型防火涂料,并研究了基料种类、用量及拼用对防火涂料性能的影响.
A kind of super-thin intumescent fire retardant coating for steel structure was prepared, with high performance high chlorinated polyethylene(HHCPE) and polyacrylate resin or amino resin as binder, PE and melamine phosphate as fire retardant system. The influence of the types of the resins, content and their complex on the properties of fire retardant coatings were studied.
