摘要 CD4+CD25+调节性T(Tr)细胞是CD4+调节性T细胞的一个重要亚群,具有免疫低反应性和免疫抑制性两大功能特征,其作用机制可能是通过细胞间直接接触和/或分泌抑制性细胞因子。在维持机体免疫内环境稳定、防止自身免疫性疾病发生、诱导移植耐受以及调节肿瘤免疫方面都起着重要作用。文章就该类细胞的研究近况及其在调节肿瘤免疫方面的作用作一综述。
