摘要
ＥＭＳ作为电网调度中心重要的技术装备，对电网调度中心的影响是多方面的，既有技术上的，也有管理上的，更有认识上的。该文从ＥＭＳ项目的特点入手，就ＥＭＳ系统复杂性、ＥＭＳ在电网调度中心的作用及其在技术。
This paper discusses the special feature of EMS from the aspects of technology, engineering practice and operation management. Some essential requirements for the satisfactory operation of EMS system in China are also presented.
