摘要
研究了在铁片试样上化学镀镍铁合金涂层的工艺,考察了主盐、还原剂对化学镀反应沉积速率的影响。利用此工艺在经过敏化、活化处理后的纳米螺旋碳纤维表面沉积出Ni-Fe-P合金涂层。采用能量色散X射线谱(EDS)分析得出涂层成分,利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察涂层形貌。结果表明,可以在纳米螺旋碳纤维表面沉积连续、均匀的合金涂层。
The process of electroless Ni-Fe-P alloy plating on iron was investigated. The effects of the concentration of main salt, reducing agent on depositing rate were studied. After sensitization and activation, Ni-Fe-P alloy coating was deposited on the helical carbon nanofibers using this technology. The compositions of the coatings were analyzed by energy dispersive X-ray microanalysis system (EDS). The morphology of the coatings was observed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM). The results show that continuous and uniform alloy coating can be deposited on the helical carbon nanofibers.
