摘要
采用Visual C++5.0编程工具开发了XLY型毛细管流变仪的数据处理程序,其中包括计算实验数据模块和实验曲线绘制模块。并应用XLY型毛细管流变仪及处理程序对聚烯烃弹性体(POE)和三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)等聚烯烃弹性体进行了研究,证实了该实验数据处理结果的正确性。同时,采用此程序绘制出发生熔体喷射时流动曲线的断裂情况,并计算出临界剪切应力值,证实了可用流变仪研究聚乙烯(HDPE)的挤出畸变现象,观察到在某一剪切应力值时出现熔体喷射现象。
The data processing program of XLY constant pressure capillary rheometer was developed with Visual C++5.0, including mainly data processing function and curve drawing function. The program was used in the research on rheological properties of several polyolefin elastomers such as POE and EPDM, and the validity of the program was convinced. The correct flow curves could be drawn out using the program and the critical shear stress could be easily determined from the curves.
