A Rational Analysis on the Behavior of Escaping from Fostering Obligation

随着世界各国离婚率的上升,恶意逃避抚养责任的行为日渐显现并由此带来一系列社会问题,有许多学者从社会学、心理学、历史学、人口学、生物学等角度对此类问题进行了广泛的研究,但如何利用经济学理性主义的理论框架来分析这一社会问题还少有人尝试。从微观经济学的理论角度来看,恶意逃避行为与其预期成本的下降有关,因此只有加强对行为人的成本约束,才能解决恶意逃避行为人的个人效用与社会成本之间的矛盾。

With the increase of divorce rate all over the world, the behaviors of escaping from fostering obligation and a series of social problems have manifested. Many scholars have been probing into them from the angle of sociology, psychology, history, demology, biology and so on. However, few people have tried to use the rationalistic theory of economics to analyse this problem . From the angle of theory, the behavior of escaping from fostering obligation is relevant to the decrease of budget cost Thus, to enhance the cost of restricting the behavior may enable us to resolve the contradiction between them and the social cost
