Firstly, the present conditions of the antidumping cases against China was analyzed, which mainly includes the rising numbers of times of the antidumping investigations, the extension of the range of the dumping products, the increasing numbers of the countries of the antidumping investigation against our country and the high antidumping taxes. Secondly, the reasons that our country suffers from antidumping cases again and again was analyzed, which mainly includes the force of the international economic trade situations, the discrimination that the system differences cause, the too fierce competition of price, the outbalance of the export structure, the negative appeals of Chinese enterprises and the weak supports of the laws. Finally, the countermeasures against antidumping cases of our country was analyzed, which are the improvement of service function that our government should pay attention to, the big responsibility of calling self-discipline that guilds should bear and the necessity that enterprises should become the main bodies of the market.
