大学青年英语教师“校本培训”的实验性研究 被引量:2

摘要 “校本培训”是一种以学校为基地的在职培训模式,是在职青年教师发展的一种重要手段。论文结合国内外“校本培训”的研究情况,报告了对大学青年英语教师进行“校本培训”的一项实验性研究。结果显示,青年教师参加培训的积极性普遍提高;探索出了切合英语教师校本培训的教学模式;同时,“校本培训”全面提高了教师的素质,起到了良好的培训效果。 The school-based training is an incumbency-training mode based on school. It is an important means for young teachers to develop themselves at their jobs. The paper reports an experimental study on the school-based training of young college English teachers. The result shows that young teachers are very active in taking part in the training; a new teaching mode that match the school-based training of English teachers is discovered ; the school-based training improves teachers' quality and receives a good training effect.
