During the reformation process from Chinese feudal collecting books building to modern library ,it＇s no doubtful that Li Dazhao played an epoch-making role. His theory and practice on library science and establishment, which instituted the foundation of Chinese library science, have promoted Peking University and Chinese modern library trade＇s development. It＇s qualified that ALA Encyclopedias of Library and Information Services called him ＂The father of Chinese Modern library＂.
