经济转型期职业道德建设刍议

Discussion for Professional Morality during Economic Transformation

从经济转型对职业道德的影响入手,在探讨我国经济转型期职业道德现状的基础上,透过纷繁复杂的社会现象,分析了出现职业道德病的根源。提出了加强职业道德建设应采取的对策首先,领导带头,身体力行,起表率作用;其次,必须健全社会道德控制机制;再次,加强社会主义职业道德的制度化、法规化建设;最后,强化职业道德建设的层次性。

Starting with the effect on professional morality of economic transformation, the paper discusses the present situation of economic transformation and analyses the roots of the error stem of professional morality. It also puts forward the countermeasures to improve the professional morality. Firstly, the leader should play a leading role ;secondly ,strengthen the command system of social morality ;thirdly ,strengthen the system and laws and regulations of socialist professional morality;lastly ,strengthen the arrangement of professional morality.
