摘要
CRM作为一种信息时代的管理系统,从其本质上就决定了在我国企业实施的必要性。经济的全球化、网络时代的到来,市场竞争观念的形成,客户需求的特点,决定了我国企业必须实施CRM才能立于不败之地。
As kind of management system in information times, CRM decides the necessity of being implemented in China's enterprises form its essence. The economic globalization, the coming of web times, the shifting of market competition ideas and the customers' needs decide the implementing of CRM if china's enterprises want to put themselves in invincible positions.
